We’re pleased to have launched our mortgage referral arrangement with David Williams IFA (DWIFA) on 1st December 2020, providing FREE mortgage advice for all of us. In addition, an incentive scheme’s now live, which provides for client mortgage referral ‘bonuses’ paid via payroll of up to £100 per client introduction, as well as rebates on commission income DWIFA may receive in assisting with your personal arrangements.

Chris Peck and his team at DWIFA have been working alongside the East Region for several years, supporting our clients primarily with residential mortgages. However, the range of services DWIFA provides also includes; bridging finance, lifetime/equity release, personal and corporate buy to let finance, and commercial mortgages. He believes working with a mortgage advisor’s about more than just getting the best rate, but also receiving the best ‘fit’ to personal circumstances. For example, a choice to make overpayments penalty free, offset savings to reduce interest or just to retain flexibility with borrowing for the future.

We’ve seen first-hand how DWIFA work to find a solution where unusual circumstances might arise for our clients, such as drawing low levels of income for tax purposes or where some lender’s ‘boxes’ don’t fit a particular trading structure. In recognition of what’s become a successful partnership we’re now encouraging a whole business relationship with DWIFA as our preferred mortgage advisor. We know from experience we’re often the first in line for the ‘SA302’ request which gives us a great opportunity to support our clients with their financing options.
